1. Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received (or, for trade accounts, once we’ve accepted your purchase order). Prices include VAT and standard delivery within our covered area.
2. Delivery & collection
We’ll deliver in your booked time slot (AM 7:00–13:00 or PM 13:00–18:00). If we can’t reach the address (vehicle blocked, no safe drop point), we may need to reschedule and charge a wasted-trip fee.
3. What you can put in the skip
General waste, wood, metal, plastics and inerts (rubble, soil) are all fine. Please do not put fridges, freezers, asbestos, tyres, paint, solvents, batteries, gas bottles or clinical waste in the skip — these need separate handling. If unsure, call us.
4. Overloading
Skips must be filled level — not above the rim. We may refuse to lift an overloaded skip until it’s reduced, and any extra weight is charged at the prevailing tipping rate.
5. Hire period
Standard hire is up to 14 days. Extensions are charged at £6.50 per day; let us know in advance.
6. Permits
If your skip is on a public road or pavement, a council permit is required. We arrange this on your behalf — see our Permits page. The customer is responsible for ensuring the cones and lights stay in place during the permit period.
7. Damage
We do everything we can to place the skip safely, including taking photo proof of placement. We can’t accept liability for damage caused by access instructions that turn out to be inaccurate (e.g. concealed drains, soft tarmac).
8. Cancellations
Cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your delivery slot for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a £25 admin fee applies if we’ve already loaded the route.
9. Contact
