Who we are
Montpellier Skips (“we”, “us”) is a skip-hire business registered in England (company 00000000). Our registered address is Depot, Industrial Way, Cheltenham, GL00 0AA.
What we collect
When you book a skip or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email and phone number
- The delivery address and any access notes you give us
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor (Stripe). We don’t store card numbers.
- Job-related photos taken by our drivers (placement, completion).
Why we use it
To deliver the skip, send SMS updates while we’re on the way, raise an invoice or send a receipt, and follow up after the job. For trade accounts we also keep a record of your past bookings.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (Stripe), our SMS provider (Twilio), and the licensed waste-transfer site that handles your skip’s contents. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we’re not legally required to keep it). Email hello@montpellier-skips.co.uk.
Changes
If we update this policy in any meaningful way, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top.
